I am pretty sure I am going to have a heart attack and die by Sunday. There is plenty of Sweatshop Labor going around NYC this week. We are pretty much DJing nonstop. I can guarantee you we will have different sounds for each night...
The Jawn on Tuesday is our first gig this week. It is ran by music snobs Jasmine Solano, Dj Kevy, and Iron Lyon. They are old school, work at recording studios and do spots on the radio. For this gig we will be busting out some music education. Show these music nerds that we hold our own when it comes to knowledge. I will probably be playing some rare Disco, French House, Freestyle and Hip Hop. Expect some freaky ass mixes with songs you would never expect to hear back to back.
Tuesday March 11th. 87 Ludlow NYC. Open Bar 10pm - 11pm
Wednesday we link up with our homie Dimitri for High Voltage. I don't have enough nice things to say about that asshole except that the word is his DJ sets have been nothing short of a world wonder. To my understanding, High Voltage has been like a hip hop basement party and we are surely game for that vibe. It is always pure fire when we link up. Come thorough.
Wednesday High Voltage at The Annex. March 12. 152 Orchard St, NYC. Free Zygo 10pm.
Thursday, we touch home base at Common Folk. Our guest DJ is Marcos aka Gringo Scarr. It will be like a riot meets a stampede meets a brothel. I am not even joking. Girls bring pepper spray guys stay home.
Thursday Common Folk. 131 Chrystie St. NYC. Free Shango Rum 10:30 - 11:30
Saturday we start a new 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday party called "Up All Night" at Arrow Bar. We bought in Nick Hook to help us get shit started. Arrow Bar has all the ingredients to be a awesome dive. We met with management there at it was a breath of fresh air compared to the horrors we were dealing with elsewhere. the people in charge at Arrow Bar inherited the place and are excited to brand a great bar and not just make some money on top of money like some other establishments in the area. So be prepared to deal normal bouncers whose sole concern is safety and not intimidation. The bartenders appear to be real cool and are just as interested in having fun as they are on making money. I mean, it is Saturday night right? The vibe is positive and the sound is good. We are stoked on getting the basement bar jumping. Come along.
I painted this flyer tell me what you think. I will keep making them also, each one will be a new ghost/dream/nightmare theme.
Saturday Up All Night at Arrow Bar. 85 Ave A. NYC.

We will also be spinning at The Union Square Diesel store on Wednesday and Friday. Saturday during the day I plan on laying around my house questioning the decisions I have mad in my life. Sunday lets all go to brunch.

Non Stop Party Week. March 11th - March 15th
